Solar thermal and Solar PV

Integrated evacuated tube solar water heater
- High performance system due to extreme deep vacuum and multi-layered selective absorber coating
- Inner tank is made from SUS316L stainless steel, and anti-corrosion – ensuring extended service life
- High and non-pressure systems available
Evacuated tube Solar Collectors
(U-pipe and Heat-pipe)
- U-pipe evacuated tube collector: the heat transfer medium is circulated via a pump directly through the U-pipe inside the evacuated tube. Those results in a highly effective heat transfer and can generate high temperatures. This collector is most suited for high temperature applications such as industrial processes or solar cooling.
- The heat-pipe principle is based on an enhanced thermosiphoning effect due to a partial vacuum inside the heat pipe, causing the heat transfer medium to boil already at around 30° C. The heat pipe collector is ideally suited for east/west inclined roofs and can be most effectively used in basic hot water applications for commercial use such as hotels, hospitals, residences, etc.

Flat plate Solar Collectors
- High efficiency collectors with anti-reflective solar
glass and selective coated absorber surface also deliver heat in overcast conditions - The use of quality, recyclable materials ensures long service life and high environmental compatibility
- Maximum heat transfer between the absorber sheet and the copper grid, thanks to the optimised ultrasonic and laser welding technology
Concentrated Solar Power (CSP)
- CSP collectors produce heat from 130°C to 450°C,
which are stored in thermal fluids. - Application include industrial heat processes,
absorption chillers, electricity generation - Fresnel collectors use flat glass mirrors that are
bonded to a virtually flat structure. Parallel lines of
mirrors are arranged to reflect and concentrate
direct solar radiation to a focal line, where the light
is absorbed and transferred into heat (better space
& cost ratios). - Suitable for building complexes and utility scale
operations.
